•If we want to obtain different results we must be able to carry out different actions and projects,  we can not reach the same results doing the same things. This is a change in the way of  approaching projects, where the first technical solution is commonly not the best one.

•Understanding the problems is our goal:

-To solve specific  problems in a different and more efficient manner.
-Time must be dedicated during the critical phase.
-Once identified and understood, we launch and generate the ideas and technical proposals, which together with the business model will give us an integrated solution to the problem.
